Tolerance and Peaceful Coexistence
—A Tribute to Resilience and Faith—
I saw a people rise through darkest strife,
Their faith in God preserved their land and life.
Though time was filled with endless loud debate,
They stood in grace, refusing fear or hate.
Their noble stand, with honor deeply crowned,
Drove back the foes where mercy still is found.
Their minds, so broad, from start to endless years,
Built homes of faith, beyond the reach of fears.
For peace, once tested, bore the bitter cost,
Of grief and blood, and many lives were lost.
Yet clouds passed over them while hearts were torn,
And peace was granted where despair was born.
Their souls found triumph without blade or blow,
While Gaza’s cries to Heaven still must go.
O Lord, protect her from the watchful foe,
Let justice in her rising banner show.
O Gaza, rest draws near on hallowed ground,
Where hope, long buried, now again is found.
How fine the ones who spread the truth with grace,
While others slip through hatred’s harsh embrace.
Islam has called for peace, not endless war,
Its roots are mercy—open wide the door.
Forgiveness frees the soul from chains of pride,
And healing flows when hate is cast aside.
